Terms of service
Last updated: 14 Dec 2025
By accessing or using QueryArc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Nature of the service
QueryArc provides informational and experimental tools related to AI search, SEO, and content structuring.
All outputs are provided for research and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
2. Guarantees and refunds
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of results
- Search engine or AI-assistant rankings, or performance outcomes
- Continuous availability of specific tools or features
What we do guarantee on paid reports is a 14-day money-back guarantee: if your report does not give you specific, brand-level findings, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Separately, if a provider outage prevents us from running your audit at all, you are refunded in full. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable EU law.
3. Early access and experimental features
Some tools may be in early access or experimental stages. Features may change, be limited, or be removed without notice, and data storage may be temporary.
4. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Submit sensitive, confidential, or third-party personal data
- Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Attempt to misuse, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
You retain ownership of any content you submit.
5. Intellectual property
All platform content, tools, designs, and branding are owned by QueryArc unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service without permission.
6. No automated decision-making
QueryArc does not perform automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects under GDPR Article 22.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, QueryArc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under EU law.
8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or misuse is detected.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable EU law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
